The Northern Ontario Mining Showcase is soliciting interest from exhibitors for its 2024 edition.
Next spring, the showcase will once again travel to Toronto to participate in the annual conference of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC), which will be held March 3-6.
Participation in the showcase is open to mining service and supply companies that operate in Northern Ontario.
PDAC is considered the premier mining supply tradeshow in the world, drawing upwards of 30,000 attendees from more than 130 countries to view the latest in mining equipment and services, network with potential business partners, and listen in on pertinent presentations about topics relating to today’s mining industry.
To Northern Ontario mining suppliers, it’s considered an ideal promotional opportunity to display their latest technology, equipment and services to potential business partners, with many closing sales right on the exhibition floor.
For the fourth year, the Showcase will also travel to Vancouver May 12-15 to participate in the annual convention of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum (CIM).
Last year, in Montreal, 60 Northern Ontario exhibitors participated in the event, which is up from the original 24.
Companies interested in participating in the Showcase have until Friday, Oct. 6 to submit their application. They can fill out a pre-application form here.
